Services

There have been some significant changes made to the services we provide and how they are provided. Please carefully read the information below.

New Vision Children’s Services will help any family who has a child in need, regardless of where they live or what the particular need is.  Most often, we can help families considerably, but there is usually work that needs to be done by the parents. There are no “magic bullets” in the world of learning disabilities. Overcoming disabilities and getting the right services can be taxing and time-consuming, but it is worth it. Please consider if you are willing to commit to this before coming to see us.

We no longer operate on a sliding scale, but have a flat-rate fee schedule instead. In order to obtain services from NVCS, please download, print, and complete the forms below. Once they have been mailed or FAXED in, someone will call you to set up an appointment.

Below is the list of services and associated fees. There are some scholarships available for those families who demonstrate a genuine financial hardship. A current copy of your 1040 or other federal tax returns in required in order to apply for a scholarship. No other documentation will be accepted due to fraud that has occurred in the past.
